Board of Directors
The Board of Directors (BoD) of Céosnet formulates recommendations for any amendment to the Governance Agreement, evaluates the performance of Céosnet upon presentation of the annual report, appoints any new Administrative Director (AD) and approves the AD's appointment of any new Scientific Director, and approves the four-year strategic plan, the user fees recommended by the Scientific Committee (SC), as well as any structural changes, such as the addition of Institutional Members or Partner Members, their roles, and privileges.

The Executive Committee is the decision-making body responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organization. It ensures the implementation of guidelines established by the Board of Directors, coordinates key organizational functions, and monitors overall performance.

Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee (SC) will be accountable to the Board of Directors (BoD) and will be responsible for approving Research Projects by ensuring that the proposed research, R&D, and training programs explore Céosnet’s Themes; developing a four-year strategic research plan to be approved and implemented by the Scientific Director; monitoring the use of Network Equipment and collecting data on the User experience within Céosnet; and preparing annual reports on Node operations to formalize the annual report presented to the BoD.

Steering Committee
The role of the Steering Committee (StC) will be to provide advice, support, and guidance, and to monitor progress in assessing the achievement of its objectives. The StC is responsible for providing budgetary advice to ensure feasibility; serving as a bridge to non-academic sectors—such as establishing a formal, active link between Céosnet and innovation ecosystems in order to include selected industries/sites in the Network's testbed; identifying emerging areas of interest for Céosnet's development and opportunities for scientific collaboration with partners and end-users; identifying potential risks, timelines, and the quality of deliverables as they develop; advising the Board of Directors (BoD) on operationalizing scientific programming; and participating in the identification of priority actions, advising on funding sources to explore, and sharing best practices regarding knowledge transfer to end-user environments.

International Advisory Committee
The mandate of the International Advisory Committee (IAC) will be to provide advice and guidance, and to help connect Céosnet researchers to their own global networks; to provide the Board of Directors (BoD) with a review and evaluation of potential, planned, ongoing, and completed strategic international activities, in line with Céosnet's mission; to foster a robust sustainable management plan; to discuss the latest achievements in the Network's field; and to advise on emerging global trends and collaboration opportunities.

Student Executive Committee
The mandate of the Student Executive Committee (SEC) is to represent Céosnet student members; introduce them to various aspects of industrial engineering and digital industrial transformation; facilitate networking among students, professors, and industry members; and organize targeted activities such as conferences, industry tours, and other internal or external communication initiatives to promote industry interest in recruitment.
